They should keep a Phil restricted area/Phil not allowed sign on Proxy at all times.
I can imagine Proxy diving out of the way to ensure Phil does not come too close to dissipate his magic

Phil doesn’t null magic that keeps people alive, hence why the androids whom are powered by magic are not harmed by him, only magic that his ability recognizes as harmful

Proxy just needs a new outfit for when Phil is around. Just get him a shirt that says “U can’t touch this”, some parachute pants, and sunglasses. Oh and a bag of Cheetos too! Heh, I liked that Super Bowl commercial!

But yeah, considering Proxy’s age and the fact he relies on his magic to stay in shape best to keep him out of contact with Phil.
