I expect the Androids have a lot in common with the Ilea-clone probe from Star Trek TMP, but they don’t have memories taken from humans outside of using brain scans of human women as a foundation to build upon to make their own. I expect as time goes on, they’ll figure out how to use the nanites to grow bones and organs the same way V’Ger made the Ilea-clone herself.
