To be fair to Kate it is possible that using a thought controlled world builder with multiple people could be locked out to prevent problems from contradicting ideas/commands.

if she does that would make way to much sense about that story in particular how the hell users got caught in it and now can’t log out
I don’t see how that makes any sense at all. How would Kate making it explain any of that?
Besides- as stated before, Yosh! and AI do not take place in the same world at all.
Sorry sage, but fan theories like that stay alive forever. We will always try to construct a narrative where they could if we find that interpretation interesting 😛
