I wonder if Kate is about to reveal she hasn’t noticed Phil’s swoleness. Since she’s been going to bed with it every night it’s possible she was affected by change blindness as he practiced the art of muscle mystery.

Change blindness. It happens a little bit every day on such a small level you don’t think about it until something makes your conscious mind actually think about it.
But I am purely speculating, there are dozens of other things her comment could have meant.
