I’ve been doing comics for a long time and I still struggle sometimes with show, don’t tell. I wrote twice as much here originally and I thought- “Why would Lilith say that?” the answer was just “so the readers would know” and so I erased it and went with simply what she would say. Show, don’t tell, has some risk involved, I hate that, but I trust everyone can figure it out without a walk through.
