Look at the last name. its Reiko,
I just checked back through the archives. It’s practically stated that Rieko’s given name is Rieko, while her brother’s given name was Cain. See page 173 “Meet Cute Rieko”: https://www.yoshsaga.com/comic/meet-cute-rieko/
So, no, I do not consider having a pen name of Reina J Kain to be a certain indicator that the story’s writer is Rieko.
