I forget is she an “android” and if she is does she actually sleep or even need it or does she just cuddle and creepily watch them all night?
She is one of the androids (from one of the earliest generations as well I believe as she was a roommate of Nami before the start of the comic).
I went through a quick archive crawl to look for when their sleeping arrangement began (since I remembered something about her regulating her temperature) but instead found this one which answers your question I think:

So it seems she does need to sleep eventually.
She’ll need to downregulate her temperature or someone will get (or need to be) dePhilated sleeping in a double spoon (trust me).
